Terms and Conditions

By entering and participating at Pure Pickleball, you (“the participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and apply to all individuals using the facility, whether booking directly or entering as a guest.

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in pickleball and related activities at Pure Pickleball is entirely voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical exertion, falls, collisions, equipment failure, and injury. By entering the facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that your participation is at your own risk.

2. Waiver of Liability

Pure Pickleball, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense sustained by any participant, guest, or spectator while on the premises or participating in activities, regardless of the cause, including negligence. By entering the premises or using our facility, you waive any and all claims against Pure Pickleball.

3. Facility Rules

All participants must adhere to posted facility rules and any instructions provided by staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility without refund.

4. Age Restrictions

Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted in writing by Pure Pickleball management.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Court reservations are subject to availability. Late arrivals may result in reduced court time without refund. Cancellations must be made [insert your cancellation policy – e.g., 24 hours in advance] to receive a refund or reschedule.

6. Personal Belongings

Pure Pickleball is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please keep valuables secure and attended at all times.

7. Health and Safety

By using our facility, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in pickleball and related activities. Please do not participate if you are injured, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8. Media Release

By entering Pure Pickleball, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify staff in writing prior to participation.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Pure Pickleball reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who fails to comply with these terms, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to others.

By entering Pure Pickleball or booking a court, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
